Making Adya Water
Add 15 drops (1 ml) Adya Clarity to 1 liter of water and stir – Ratio is 1000:1
Optimal hydration is enjoyed at the recommended amount. It is good to drink 2 liters of Adya water per day.
There will often be a gathering of agglutinated substance at the bottom of the water container; more or less depending on the purity level of the water; often seen as a peachy colored material. The visible substance is inert and harmless.
Supershots Protocol (continue for 30 days or longer)
Making Supershots:
Mix 1 teaspoon of ADYA in 1 oz. of water. If this is too strong to the taste, you can use more than 1 oz.
Drink one Supershot immediately upon waking in the morning
Drink 1 full liter of Adya purified water within the following two hours.
Repeat every 12 hours. Avoid taking the Supershot too close to bedtime because you should drink at least one liter of Adya water following the Supershot
HOW TO USE ADYA CLARITY
Adya Clarity is formulated to be mixed into water. Once mixed with water, the minerals dissolve and become part of the water. Adya Clarity minerals also work to purify the water.
